Criminal Behaviour Order

Dear Residents,

On 21 April 2026, Criminal Behaviour Order was issued to MR Sunny BHANDAL and will remain in place until 20 April 2031.

While this order is in force, the individual must comply with the following prohibitions. Breach of any condition may result in further legal action.

General Prohibitions

The individual must not:

Enter any retail or commercial premises in England and Wales from which they have been formally banned.

Remain in any retail or commercial premises in England and Wales after being asked to leave by a member of staff or a security guard.

Possess any retail goods with security tags attached unless they are inside the shop from which the goods were purchased.

Be in possession of any bank card, credit card, or identification card that is not issued in their own name, anywhere in England and Wales.

Specific Store Bans

The individual must not enter the following premises:

H&M, The Chimes Shopping Centre, Uxbridge, UB8 1GA

H&M, Unit 14A, Ealing Broadway, W5 5JY

NEXT Retail Ltd, High Street, Uxbridge, Hillingdon, UB8 1GA

NEXT Retail Ltd, Ariel Way, London, Hammersmith and Fulham, W12 7GA
